Have you ever tried using Puppy Pads/Potty Pads/Pee Pads/Wee Wee Pads? (sorry, everyone calls them something different LOL). You can get them just about anywhere. I get mine at Wal-Mart. Alot of the pet stores have them and you can also buy them on eBay and other places online. They are just pads that you lay on the floor and your baby can go potty on them (poop and pee) and the pee WILL NOT go through onto your floor or carpet. After they have used the pads, you simply pick them up and discard them and put out a fresh pad. They are GREAT for rainy days and bad weather when your baby can't go outside to potty!
