My boy Roman has brought my household so much joy over these past 2 years. We feel it's time to get him a playmate. The new pup would actually be a gift for my mom. She wants a yorkie of her own so badly!

Im in Columbus, OH so the puppies would need to be somewhere close, i do not want to have to ship the puppy. Sex doesnt matter. My boy is neutered, so i dont plan on breeding or anything like that. I would want the new yorkie to be around the same size as Roman (6-ish lbs). Roman is very well socialized and frequently attends Doggie Day Camp at my work so the new puppy should also be of good temperment and socialized. My dad said he only wants to spend upto $600. I tried to tell him we got lucky getting my boy at that price...but parents So around $600 is what we're aiming for. Also i do need the dog to be registered, as my dad has severe allergies! I need to know what im actually getting.
