actually, i usually take milu in and wait for her while she is getting groomed, and it does take my groomer almost 2 hours to groom her, and that's not including bathing her. (i bath her myself before i take her to the groomers, because i don't want them to take milu to the back room where i can't see her)

i think it takes longer if the groomer is trying to be nice to the dog instead of speedy. my groomer will take time to talk to milu while she is grooming her. and she'll tell milu "i am sorry" "it's ok baby" things like that. instead of being mean to try to get her to stay still. (which sometimes groomers have to do for more rebellious dogs, otherwise they will never finish grooming all the dogs)
