There can be so many causes of seizures. I can attest that a seizure doesn't necessarily mean anything awful. Back in the early '90's, my Charlie had a seizure that reminds me of Zoey's (great name, BTW
). He just went blank and kind of checked out for a while...no convulsing or anything like that, just out of it. Of course, I was scared out of my mind. Anyway, after a bunch of tests, it turned out to be a simple thyroid problem.
No biggie...Charlie took his meds every day and lived over 16 happy, active years.
