Clean that area really well ....
and make sure you get the scent away
Next cover it with something maybe a piece of rug so that the orientation is different for her
While in this training phase make sure she doesnt have access to that area when you are not around and bring her out at least twice a day for LONG walks
You want her to do two things .... mark outside where she smells other dogs and get exercise which will make her body need to eliminate faster
