I started grooming Buddy myself about 1 1/2 yrs ago.
Little by little I added to my grooming supplies. I finally
went out to our local hairdressing supply store to purchase
a good pair of scissors. I paid $80.00 for a pair that felt
comfortable in my hand and were thin and slim. They maker
if Fromm. Talking to my hairdresses a couple weeks later
I asked her how I get them sharpened when needed.
She told me something I never thought about. She said
I could have purchased the cheaper ones for $10.00 or
$15.00 and used them until they needed sharpening and
then throw them away and buy a new pair. They should last
me a very long time to begin with because I am only cutting
Buddy and not using them for anything else. That what she
does as a hairdresser at times. The cheaper ones are just
as good for what we need them for. As long as they are
for hair cutting to begin with.
