I suppose you should set the blowdryer on cool or low warm and hold it back far enough that it won't burn the ears so that the air can dry their ears.

There is a powder you can buy at the pet supply stores that you can put in them that helps to keep them dry.

You should put cotton balls in the ears if you can't keep water out of them during a bath. That will help. Good luck.
