Our vet does not want us to take our Yorkie to a groomer until she's had all her shots which we understand. However, I need to know about the hair between the pads of her feet. (Every time I try to search for the answer, I get pee pads...LOL)

Our vet clipped a few of the nails when we were last at his office but I failed to ask anything about the hair/fur.

Is there some rule of thumb you go by as to when you need to trim? Honestly, our Yorkie's fur is growing so fast, you'd think we were dipping her in Miracle Gro at night! (Well, all except that topknot hair that I'm still waiting on...)
