My vet told me there were no deadly frogs or toads around here. There are frogs and toads that will make them foam and vomit (from the taste, but no neurological problems).
I have lived in this house for 18 years with my poodles, and I think almost every other year we have a pup lick a frog or toad. I put up an acre fence to keep them safe and the darn frogs and toads keep getting in.
