I Hope you're able to give him a home, He's really dear...Where I live the Animal Shelter charges $300.00 for pure-bred dogs, even the ones that they get from Puppy Mill Raids. I wish they had lower adoption fees so that PM dogs could be placed quicker into forever homes.
