I know some owners are opposed to a neck collar....but.... Mia was so little when we brought her home. She was not used to being in a new place.. We have a fairly large and busy household. One of the first things I went out to buy was a cat collar with a bell. We lost Mia in the house 4 times in the first week. I looked for a dog collar but couldn't find one small enough. We also have a harness and we never, ever put a leash on her collar. It's just so we can locate her.
