The spilled Jet Dry must have reacted with your dishwashing liquid causing it to produce lots of suds like regular dish soap therefore causing the leakage. Oh yeah you can scoop out as much bubbles as you can, and then you just let it finish washing (thats what my maintenance man said) it will still leak until all the soap is out. A towel under the dishwasher usually works. Good luck
