I ban Mike for trying to blame the fact that he is Sick on my ban. Not sure what part of telling us something we already know makes your ban any better than mine.

Next time you feel the urge to stick your head in the toilet trying pulling the little handle at the same time. It may well flush out some of the damage with the whirlwind effect.
