yea, i agree with the other person that said this trainer sounds like she doesn't know what she is doing? it could be that she just doesn't have experience with small breeds. if you feel that she is knowledgeable and would like to still have her be your trainer, then go for it. otherwise, you might see if you can switch classes. (try to talk to the trainers first and see if you feel that they are knowledgeable)
