If they premedicated before the set that he reacted too, there may be a problem and I wouldn't jump into giving this vaccine anymore honestly. With Benadryl, he never should have had that kind of reaction. Maybe that's why they are using steroids first this time? It's a different vaccine entirely though.
Are you absolutely sure that the last set did not contain lepto or corona?
