Might be the difference between sizes. They have a Jumbo, large, and Junior. I have the Junior and the squirrels are pretty small. Seems the smaller toys are less likely to be torn apart at my house. But the Larger size has replacement squirrels you can buy -- they are usually 3 for around $6.

I love the Dr. Noys toys. Ben also like to sneak his outside and then leave them. With so many dogs going out the door at once, I don't always catch him with one in his mouth. I have to pick up toys everytime before I can mow. Even after being left outside for who knows how long, a trip through the washer, and his Dr. Noys frog is still in good shape. maybe just a tad sun faded.
