Has anyone ever used one of these on a Yorkie? my question is my lil' MIMI is only 3.5 pounds. (although she acts like she is 50) I do not let her go out in the back yard unattended by all means. She has a harness and I have built a lead line. I feel bad for her because she wants to run and play with her older brother Ozzy. (of course he avoids her at all costs when he has his ball or frisbee)
Any how....does anyone know where I can find one, that is not really expensive yet effective? And is this a shock device? I don't want to harm her.
