It was the vet tech cause the vet is in with a patient blah! they have been known to not "know" everything  .

ummm, I would think chicken/rice would be good for him? Better for his stomach & throat? I always ask the receptionist for the vet to return my call. I know it would make you feel better & they will have Gucci's records to see what's been going on previously too.
