I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this product did not work well for me. Sophie has a cottony-type coat. I too did not follow up with a conditioner and used the blow dryer. Although the product worked well in cleaning her coat and the smell of it was nice, what I didn't like was the week long after-affect. She got more tangles and matted than she did with the Biogroom products I use. These are the whoes of the cottony type coat I guess. But I must say.....everyones' pics look fantastic. I sure wish it would have had the same results for me! I believe I'm a bit jealous! LOL!
