It's called Miconazole Shampoo, Miconazole Nitrate Anit-fungal Shampoo for Dogs, Cats, and horses. It's made by Evsco Pharmaceuticals.

I have been giving him a bath every 4 days with our shampoo first (Yorkie Splash by Yorkies of Walnut Hill - Yorkie Shampoo, Best Yorkie Shampoo) to get any dirt off so that the medicated shampo will soak in better. Then, I give him a bath with the medicated shampoo and just rub it in him for about 10 minutes then rinse it off. It seems to be doing the trick. I am assuming that he actually did have a fungal infection, though the culture hasn't grown yet. And, though my vet was probably right in her initial diagnosis, the treatment she suggested was not helpful.
