so what i've gained out of this thread is as long as you have the dog in a bag or carrier type thing they usually won't say anything? I have a diaper bag that i use for honey's bag (it was only $10 and its so dang cute!). I usually use that EVERYWHERE we go, doubles as a purse too   |
I lived in Mannheim Germany about 20 years ago and loved it. It would be so wonderful to be able to back there again... I'm totally jealous of you.
As long as the pets are well behaved they can go into restaurants. They aren't just running around while your eating so it doesn't create an issue at all. If they aren't behaving you can be asked to leave so good manners is a must. Germany really is a pet friendly country.
Amongst other things, I want to drive on the autobahn and park on a sidewalk again. lol
