OMG!!! its a great idea to give them a treat when they go potty.
I recently had the same problem with my pomeranian. She was using pee pads just fine for a couple of years and all of a sudden she was peeing on the floor!!!. I tried putting out more pee pads and that didnt work. So I got these little jerky treats for her. I ONLY give the jerky treats to her when she pottys where she is suppose to. So now she knows when she gets the jerky treats its because she went potty on the pad. Its worked GREAT!!!! She hasnt had an accident ever since. In fact, I swear she purposely pees on the pad when im looking at her cuz she wants a treat!!! No more stepping in puddles of pee in the dark when I get home LOL!!!!
I highly recommend this method!!!
