Yes ladies all of the things you mentioned can happen, most commonly the facial swelling. And can also be deadly, the face isnt the only thing that swells. The airways also swell and can become completly blocked. The Lepto is most often the culprit, and it is an allergic reaction.It can occur at any time in a dogs life, not just when they are puppies. So ALWAYS keep an eye on your dogs for a few hours after vaccinations. If they do swell from a vaccination get them to the vet ASAP and if your vet knows what he/she is doing they will not give that vaccination to that dog again
