The paper lines the drop pan. She doesn't stand on it. There is a grate between her and the drop pan. I just don't know.
Last night, early evening, I left the door open on the crate and she just walked in and peed.  She is usually very good about telling me when she has to go. I couldn't believe she just walked in there and peed
I just know I am at my wits end with her messing in her crate. Well, I guess I'm lucky she doesn't mess all over in the house.  |
so if she pees in her crate she doesn't feel the wetness?
this might be why she isn't getting it just yet. Take the grate out, and take the paper out. Divide the crate into a small space for her to go in, turn around, and lay down in. only enough room for a bed.
