I'd stay away from any breeder who advertises teacups. No such thing, it's an advertising ploy to get more money. Go to YTCA.org then on to breeder referral.

8 weeks is much too young, they are just being weaned and mother does so much teaching between 8 and 12 weeks. If she was 8 weeks of age and had all her shots, the shots are absolutely invalid. You don't give the first vaccine until 8 weeks of age, until then the pups have mother's immunities. 2nd shot at 12 and 3rd shot at 16 weeks.

The registry of preferance is American Kennel Club.
