I bike. Kinda. When the weather is nice and I'm in the mood. lol.
Anyhow, yes... that one only has one speed...so you'll really have to work at pedaling. Get one with some more gears (speeds) on it. At least 3 minimum? maybe. Mine is a 21 speed mountain bike, and I haven't figured out all the gears... I did figure out " put it in a little gear on front, and bigger one on back" makes it easy to go up hills. LOL... (I had to look at the internet for that info). So, as you can see, too many gears can be a drawback as well!

Those "Hybrid bikes" look cool, they're kinda a combo Mountain bike/Street bike.
