we live in AZ and the summers here are terrible, I know people say its a dry heat but really it is like sticking your head into an oven that is 115, that is a dry heat too but I wouldn't like that either. The first year I moved here a little girl fell on the payment and got 2nd degree burns on her palms and knees. I can't imagine what this heat feels like on puppy's paws. Once the summer really hits, which is around now, it is hot until Nov. I LOVE the winters here though!!!
I just did a summer cut on Samson but haven't yet on Harley, he is only 4 months old and I couldn't bare to cut his puppy hair yet.
