they are trying to establish who is the alpha dog of the house and it should be YOU.
I have siblings also we got them about 3 1/2 weeks apart. Now they still play REALLY rough at 5 months. We are getting the male fixed pretty soon ans that should calm him down, something for you to consider doing asap. My male is over 5# and the female is only about 3# so we do get concerned when he gets to pushey with her and will need to break them up. I agree you will be glad you have two once you get used to it. Keep a stiff upper lip adn goodness, don't argue over it. They are only true puppys for about 8-10 months then they will calm down on their own.
PS.Dogs/Children learn what they live, so if you home is loud the dogs will be too
