I did show Dr.W the diet and he said it looked fine, he did lower the sodium though. I didn't know about the SLS so I didn't ask him about the calcium, etc...

Hmm, I find the Balance IT to be extremely easy but it must sound like I totally support the stuff and I don't. That's what Ellie's nutritionist wanted to use and it looks fair and there is no guessing, so I will use it.
I make up a whole bunch of food, measure it all out into servings and mix it together in ziploc bags and freeze. Then I thaw in the micro daily (or you can pull out 2-3 days worth at a time) and then add the Balance IT.
