Might try a Wubba -- they come in different fabrics, I think the softest one is the Wubba Snugga. There are also fleece tied/braided toys on the market. I think Kong has some. There is aYT vendor that makes a fleece toy like that but I cannot remember which one -- maybe she will post here. I just got the Squeaky Toy from Chattiesmom with the Yorkie Yummies to go inside the little pocket. They are made of fleece and my Ben seems in love with his. He carries it around the house with him. He doesn't suck on it but I noticed he chews on it gently.
