We heard about a Chihuahua that was at a flea market with her owners and was on a leash tied to a cooler. There were some serious storms around here on Saturday and winds were in excess of 75 mph. The winds picked up the cooler, leash and the poor dog attached and sailed it all up and away. This was near my mother-in-law and was a local sad story until today. They found the dog, tired and hungry, alive! My wife just called me about it but there's a link on Yahoo news also.
