An allergy test or bloodwork is useless in this situation.

I would always premedicate with benadryl before shots, and he should never be given all his shots at once. Most vets will break up the vaccines and separate them out. This lessons the likelihood of a reaction, and if one should arise, it will allow you to see what he is reacting to.
