 Collar
We bought Bella a herness collar so that the neck collar didn't yank on her little neck. However, she scratches that thing constantly and has worn down the material to fuzzies in two weeks. I always take her out on the leach to make sure she stays with me. Could the harness collar wear down her coat? Should I remove it between potty times? Do any of you use this type of collar?
