My daughter suggests freezing bottles of water that the dogs can lie next to when they have to be outside for a while, like if you had a booth at a festival (in July) or were camping, day at the lake etc. Seemed like a good idea. Little bodies get cold or hot much faster than our big bodies. You have to watch after your human babies for the same thing.
