A friend of mine has a Miniature Daschund who has been quite ill for about a month. The symptoms are bloated stomach, loss of appetite, seizures, hiding from people, vomiting and diarrhea, staggering when walking. The dog is only 8 years old.

The dog went to the vet. They ran various tests, discovered the dog had a certain type of enzyme and a low albumin count. My friend doesn't want to do a biopsy because it's too invasive on a small dog, but I'm wondering if anyone has heard of these symptoms. Could it be cancer? Please help!!
