well if your dog gets upset BEFORE the storm- i'd say yes for sure this would work as he seems to sense the electricity. My thing with Layla is i'm not sure if it is the storm or the noise of the thunder- but i mean a 1 year return policy- can't go wrong right? I think i'm going to do it. I can't do another storm...
