 Layla's day at the LAKE!!!
So it is spring here now, which means "seatrial" time (a sea trial is: after someone buys a boat in the winter, we will store it until the spring. Once the lake opens up [it is a campground that closes for the winter] we take the customer for a sea trial to show them a) the boat works and b) how to drive a boat)
The lake is about 30 min away and is a man made lake- so come those hot summer days- it can get pretty nasty looking in there- but right now the water isn't too bad. Anyways- Layla went up TWICE yesterday, once today and we go up again tomorrow- she is in HEAVEN there!
here are some pictures from our day yesterday- it was COLD when we first went up (it is always 10 degrees cooler up there) and warm the second time. And of course, silly Mommy that I am- i put Layla's NEW sweater on her- and well- it is now VERY dirty!
