No, I didn't dilute mine. It said that you could, or use them straight out of the bottle. The oatmeal worked really great on my adults, and the puppy formula was abosolutely fabulous on the new litter of puppies that I have. I am going to save the rest of the puppy formula and use it for when the new ones are ready to go to their new homes. I loved it.
