I guess I'd have to say ditto to what so many others have already said. Zoe (especially when she was a baby!) basically won't play with any toy unless you're playing with it with her!
The sad thing: one of Zoe's favorite toys are PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES!
Yes, the ones you buy in 12-24 packs ....
She was afraid of them as a baby because they were too big (compared to her and her mouth I guess) and now ... she goes NUTS! At first I covered them with socks (her other "free" toy love) and now she doesn't even care if there's a sock on it, she just loves her water bottles! I feel like a dirty person, my house is strewn with at least a half dozen empty water bottles!
