It is hard to say.Was she eating better before?or has it always been this way?
Like TerryY said, they don't eat much.I always keep his bowl with food, he eats in the morning and at night( like you, hand feed), but he can nibble if he wants to during the day.
Is your baby gaining weight? Is she growing and acting healthy?I don't think you have anything to worry about, but to be on the save side I would mention it to your vet.
