How awful to be going through so much.
A thought did come to me, could there be something in your house that's causing him to keep getting sick? I know Parvo can stay around for a long time and that special measures need to be taken to "clean it up". Could it be that he's getting re-infected somehow? I've seen threads on YT talking about how a home needs to be cleaned, perhaps someone could give some input about this.
I sure hope they figure out what's going on with you little guy and I have no words that can be posted about the way I feel towards the pet store.
