Oh gosh... well at least it's working. I just had mine in for service and I had to pay because Brother doesn't have my local technician in their system yet. They are a certified dealer and their techs are top notch but they are newer and they aren't in the official system yet, so Brother wouldn't reimburse them for my problem. My machine was mis-aligned and not feeding properly. Actually, it had been like that right out of box but I didn't know any better since it was my first really good machine. My needle threader broke last week and I have to wait for Brother to get around to updating their system before I can take it in... <sigh>

I'll just be thankful that I have a great place to take it to
