We got our puppy yesterday, and we're having issues getting the house breaking started. We have puppy pads, but he's more interested in dragging them around the house than he is peeing on them. We take him outside hourly, and have him out there for around 10 minutes at a time, and as soon as I bring him back in, he pees on the carpet.

We were also given this spray to use that is supposed to be a housebreaking aid, that you spray where you want them to pee, and it's "special scent" tells them to go there, and that's not working either.

I know it takes time, and it's only been a day, but this is my first dog, and I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong?
