I use Minksheen on my yorkies. My Scottish terrior has really bad skin allergies. We tried Minksheen on him and he doesn't scratch as much. Before that the Vet had us using a coal tar shampoo. It also helped, but smelled horrible! Nuetrogena has a coal tar shampoo you could try...just don't use on their face. Keep using the tearless baby shampoo there. Good luck!
