I'm so sorry for your loss.
I have only one dog. I have always had only one dog at a time.
Abby seems to be just fine as were my other ones. I got Abby when she was 3 months old and was worried she would be lonely and miss her sisters but she adapted just fine.
I hope in time your little guy will be fine.
