As a matter of fact, your photograph is so prettily taken, it looks like something that is man made and edible.
To me, it resembles a roll topped with slices of chayote squash, stuffed with sea urchin, and decorated on top with tiny artistic specks of salmon roe.
Now that is food art. Yummy.
