I didn't, I was pretty stunned actually. You can't see how skinny this dog is because of the long hair. Touching him made my mouth hang open.
I assume that the reasoning is a finicky dog would be more attracted to cat food because it has such a strong scent. Cats are typically more picky and they need to be enticed to eat kibble with strong (artificial) scents.
