Been there, done that, lol. The one night he had had three 20 minute long walks, ran outside ALL day literally from 10am-5pm basically, walked around on the leash all day with me doing outside stuff, I've tried everything. He just sits by my bedroom door all night staring at it. I really think he's that concerned about the cats! He just hardly sleeps. I tried holding a leash on him in my bed at night but I would find him tugging every 35mins-1 hour. Got no sleep. I tried the crate training thing, he kept me up all night, I never once gave into him and took him out... I would just prefer not to do the crate thing again as he's totally fine at my regular house and sleeps from 10pm-7:30 or 8am totally fine on my bed! And my dad's house shouldn't even be a "strange place" because he's been coming here 2 or more nights out of the week since I got him at 9 weeks old, cats have been here since then too. It's the weirdest thing! Heres my thread on it:
