I have used Neem in a natural soap for the boys as a preventative. So far no fleas and we are in Florida. You are the second one asking about Cedarcide I read on YT today. I ordered the small spray canister, pricey at $25 for two small, 4 oz, sprays. I can tell you that it works real fast on ants and bugs. After reading the MSDS on cedar oil, I was reluctant to use it on myself at 210lb much less 11 and 13 lb yorkies. I use it mainly as an outdoor spray until it is gone. If you haven't yet gone to the Cedarcide site please do. It does have info about it's history and about how it was developed for Desert Storm Troops (1992).
