Aw thanks. I was so upset yesterday ... and then I went to the store to find out that in the end my machine hadn't been broken in the first place! There was a minor glitch/trick to getting the feet to reset that I'd known about. Had they actually looked at it before "sending it off" for repair I wouldn't have had to get it repaired in the first place!
But since that was the case I was able to bring it home yesterday.
